Large orders will require verbal confirmation & are subject to additional terms.

Return Policy: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt of item(s).   Returns must be pre-authorized & have a Return Material Authorization #.

Contact us at 678-489-8437 or email at customerservice@radkogallery.com for a RMA#.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance costs.

Return Items must be in New & Unused condition with all Tags attached.  Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.  No refund will be issued.

Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box & ship with a tracking# & insurance for your protection.  Radko Gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Damaged items that are returned will be issued a refund.  We do not do exchanges or swaps.

Returned items that had free S/H/I are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  All other returned items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
